The day I became a better designer

The day I became a better designer, I understood that communication is at the base of everything. Design is communication. A beautiful design doesn't help the client achieve their business goals. User experience doesn't happen on a screen. It happens in the mind. Everything is sped up by working with people smarter than me. Asking the best questions exposes us to information that otherwise may have passed us by. Rejection is only a rejection of an idea. Getting it wrong is part of how you do your job–it's part of the process. The design is not you and you are not the design. I’ve learnt that reaching out to mentors is a game-changer. Reinventing the wheel is a waste of time. The right tools save a huge amount of time. Pricing design can feel tricky, but it doesn't have to be. Knowing your value is priceless. It's all about the right choices: who to work with and how. You'll never stop learning.

Besides professional work

When I'm not working on design projects, you'll find me in the nature or traveling the world. I love music and parties just as much as peace and quiet, so you can usually find me somewhere in the middle of all that!

Spain is my second home. I like to spend a few months there every year for quality of life and overall well-being.

I’m curious about psychology, relationships, health, education, finance, business, blockchain and technology.

I'm a human being  just like you - I love spending time with my family, reading, partying or traveling. I’m committed to just a few people and a few interests. Everything else is temporary.

My hobbies include driving, working out, hiking, going out, investments, reading, music selection, and learning something new.

Who am I as a person? The people closest to me say:

1.  I’m a doer (If I mean it, there is likely I will do it)
2.  I’m calm (I owe this to my ever patient mother)
2.  I’m the soul of the party (Friends are saying I'm fun at parties)

What makes your work unique?

What kinds of projects are you looking for?

I am seeking opportunities to partner with established companies or brands to define or refine their digital presence, whether through an iOS app, a web store, or a marketing website.
My work is unique because it is tailored to the individual needs of my clients. I always aim for an invisible feel with proper visual accents, allowing the design to come through without being overwhelmed by unneeded complexity.

Design is a job

Weekly insights

How do you differentiate yourself from the rest?

What does your creative process look like?

I start by taking into consideration business and technical constraints, then I define and research the target audience so that I can gain insight into their specific needs, pain points, and areas where they would benefit from improved outcomes. That way I can deliver impactful results through the power of design.
The first step—perhaps the most enormous step—is to find what you are genuinely interested in. I’m passioned about design, because there are endless opportunities for improvement. I believe that if you can maintain your genuine interest and curiosity as the years accumulate, you will become hard to compete with because you will have skill to go with your passion.

How I can help you?

My approach is always tailored to fit the particular needs of the project at hand. I take into account the business goals, the target market, and the technical constraints in order to create a product that is both practical and appealing.

Define

I define the target audience, research their specific needs and pain points, then focus on building a product that solves those problems that not only provide for users the best possible experience, but also have a positive impact on the business as a whole.

develop

In a successful product design timeline, the product will meet the specifications of the business, developing the brand and bring in a profit, solve the users' problem, and provide aesthetic value too.

Deliver

When I design products the most important thing is that I design for people - that’s why I deliver the right features with the right user experience for the right people.
